Massage
The Awaken Signature Massage
Our Pregnant Friends should book the Prenatal version of this service
Our signature massage combines nurturing touch across all major modalities, including Swedish, prenatal, deep tissue and trigger point, with complimentary add-ons for a professional and custom bodywork experience. Choose your therapist and duration and we will tailor the best experience for you. Can also be scheduled for two in our couple’s suite.
Hot stones, hot towels, custom aromatherapy, and cupping are complimentary.
Thai Massage
Thai Massage brings the Sacred into each session, moving energy through the body with dynamic movements, compressions, acupressure, passive stretches and a meditative practice of Metta (Loving Kindness, Compassion and Great Friendliness).
Traditionally done on a floor mat, Thai Massage is practiced with the client fully clothed.
Thai Massage can be both invigorating and relaxing and is a holistic, whole body system, which addresses painful conditions, energetic blockages and allows for the expansion of Consciousness.
Reflexology
Reflexology is an ancient healing art used to treat the entire body through the feet, hands, and ears. In these areas are many reflex points that correspond to different ares of the body like muscles, organs, and body systems. By applying pressure to the reflex points in these areas we mimic the way our ancestors’ feet were stimulated by the natural terrain of the earth. Focusing on these areas offers many health benefits like reduced pain, muscle tension, stress, and anxiety. It can also improve hormone imbalances, digestion and circulation.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage
This light-pressure slow massage stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system and helps reduce water retention by supporting the flow of lymph throughout the body. Especially helpful after recovering from illness or surgical procedures, lymphatic drainage aids immune function by increasing circulation and encouraging the elimination of toxins. A dry brush and hot water pack are used during this service and abdominal massage is included.

Two therapists work simultaneously to achieve ultimate relaxation.
Tandem Reflexology and Massage
Two therapists, one performing reflexology on your feet, the other working on the corresponding body part. Please call or text to book, cannot be booked online.

Designed to make major and lasting improvements to acne-prone skin through consistent, targeted treatment. Includes an abbreviated European facial with exfoliation, extractions, and moisturizer, along with a 30-minute blue and red light Celluma LED treatment, FDA-cleared to kill the acne causing bacteria, Cutibacterium acnes, while reducing inflammation and promoting the production of collagen and elastin.

Non-Surgical Facelift, 90 Minutes, $165
A gentle, effective way to lift, tone, and tighten the skin and muscles of the face. After an in-depth skin analysis, your esthetician will leverage European facial techniques to cleanse, exfoliate, treat, and prepare your skin. Red light is applied for 30 minutes to stimulate the production of collagen and elastin, which reduces fine lines and wrinkles while improving skin tone. Then, lymphatic drainage and connective tissue massage are combined with rose quartz gua sha to reduce puffiness and inflammation, stimulate lymph drainage and circulation, and bring nutrients to the skin's surface while eliminating toxins. Finally, moisturizers and appropriate barriers are applied to protect your results!

Your esthetician will cleanse and analyze the skin on your back, customizing the best experience for you. Steam, exfoliation, treatment mask, and any needed extractions are included.
Express Facial, 45 Minutes, $85
An abbreviated service for those tight on time or looking for targeted treatment. Includes double cleanse, exfoliation, massage, mask and customized serums and moisturizer. Steam, high frequency, and vacuum are not used, and extractions are not performed. Great choice for adding LED treatment or hydrojelly masks.

Celluma LED Light Therapy (Red Light for Wrinkles/Healing), 30 Minutes, $45

Expect better back rubs for life after spending time learning from one of our expert massage therapists. You and your partner will have 30 minutes of instruction and then each will spend 40 minutes on the table under your instructor's guidance. Includes a custom-scented bottle of massage oil to get you started on your home practice.
Thai for 2, 120 Minutes, $250
Connect with your partner and learn useful skills in this private workshop. Each person will give and receive a Thai massage using a set of Thai herbal compresses, your gift to take home, guided by an experienced practitioner. Sometimes called "lazy man's yoga," Thai massage works by manipulating Sen (lines) to improve the flow of energy, reducing pain and restoring health. Performed fully clothed on a mat, please wear dark clothing, as the herbs can stain. You'll float out eager to try it again at home!
